Class Schedule

Two Sessions.
Zero Excuses.

Two coached HYROX sessions per week to start. Membership athletes can supplement with gym and Combine access any time they want more.

Wednesday
7:30pm
45 Minutes

Midweek session. Station technique, loaded progressions, and conditioning work. All fitness levels welcome.

Saturday
8:30am
45 Minutes

Weekend session. Combined cardio and station work. A great way to cap your week and track your progress.

No existing T2 membership required. The HYROX program is open to anyone — current members and brand new faces. The HYROX Membership also includes full gym and Combine access, so you're covered either way.
None. Seriously — if you can move and you're willing to put in the work, we take it from there. Classes are coached and scalable, so complete beginners and competitive athletes train side by side.
Not at all. Plenty of our members train HYROX simply because it's the most effective way to get fit — stronger, leaner, and better conditioned. A race is always there if you want one, but it's never required.
The HYROX Membership includes unlimited classes, full gym floor access, and access to The Combine — so you can train as much as you want beyond the two weekly sessions. Class Passes are individual drop-ins with no monthly commitment. Same coaching, same programming, just on a session-by-session basis.
HYROX certification means our coaches have completed official education directly from the race organization, our programming meets the global race standard, and our athletes train with real competitive context. We're the only gym in Sudbury with this certification — anywhere else is a guess at what HYROX training should look like.
